One of the perks of being a bespoke multi brand is that we offer customizations.
Wherever your whimsies take you - were always a text or email way from making them a reality.
However, we cannot customize the listed products after purchasing online. Please contact us in order to discuss the possibilities of your customizations before purchasing as these customizations may be subject to change In pricing.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns (please refer to our returns policy).
The Trove (and our stocked brands) are bespoke brands to minimise wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online it goes into production. International orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business weeks* and domestic orders within 2-3 weeks (unless stated otherwise in the product listing). We will send you an email with delivery date after the orders are placed.
Please note that Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Yes, we ship all over the world! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
The Trove is a designer label and multi brand that works on a ‘made to order’ model. Once an order goes into production, cancellation and refund is not possible. From the hand embellishment to the final stitch in a garment, our production is labour and hand intensive; which means that orders already underway cannot be cancelled or refunded.
As for bags and accessories, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:
If these conditions are met, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product, and will issue a refund or store credit after inspection. Exchanges may be arranged subject to availability. However, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
Please note during Sale, return, exchange and refund will not be applicable. Exchange will be entertained only if product has a defect. Please contact us
Please note that our fulfilment timeline does not include unforeseen and not in our control delays, that is in the event of a natural disaster, calamity, or epidemic. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chains resume smoothly when any of the above events have passed. Please also note that in such an event, no cancellation or refund is possible.
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout.
Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, Aramex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent
Yes! once your order is fulfilled, we'll deliver it to where ever you listed your location during checkout.
We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard and Visa) in addition to PayPal directly at checkout on our website.
We also accept chocolate. Lots and lots of chocolate :)
No, we don't accept COD at the moment. But who knows what the future may bring!
